Plastic artist Norma Brügger, born in Goiânia, Goiás. Academic background in Visual Arts and Art Therapy at the Universidade de Federal de Goiás, Accounting at the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás, System Analysis at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and Degree in Visual Arts at Centro Universitário Claretiano Centro Palmas.

He works as an art educator, giving classes in painting, drawing and art history since 1988 to the most varied audiences. Advised as a mediator at Sesc Tocantins in the Arte Sesc Confluências Project between August 2014 and July 2015. He participated in several individual and collective exhibitions with varied forms of expression, including painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, sculpture and bonding on different supports. The exhibition “Bar Code” with collages on fabrics of straight and geometric shapes in a direct dialogue with the neoconcrete was his last exhibition.
